Our Workforce



SJM employs a large full time skilled work force.

Our apprentices are supervised by experienced craftsmen and this front line workforce is, in turn, supported by a competent management, supervisory and administration team.

We supervise and manage all contracts at area and site level, and our experienced teams of French Polishers are PAYE employed and hold current cscs cards, NVQ's and City and Guild Qualifications.
